At this time, I offer video therapy and counseling sessions through a secure electronic platform.  Online therapy is a wonderful option for people who find it difficult to attend therapy sessions in person, like busy professionals and parents needing to keep an eye on young children.  Video therapy has been shown by research to be an effective means of treatment for mental health concerns, and as long as you have a reliable internet connection, it's an awesome way for you to get the treatment you need.
