THERAPY & COUNSELING
TRAUMA-INFORMEDCognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidence-based model clinically shown to reduce traumatic stress symptoms, is an expedient but deep and meaningful way to heal. I am also pursuing training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), which is another evidence-based treatment model that produces powerful and viscerally significant results.

MINDFULMindfulness is an extremely effective way to combat extreme emotions, manage problematic behaviors, and handle triggers. As the famous Holocaust survivor Viktor Frankly explains, "Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom." Mindfulness helps us find that space.
